The Division Multiplayer Features Explained IGN All

Ubisoft has explained a bit more about the details of The Division's online multiplayer. The open-world RPG shooter, coming to Xbox One and PlayStation 4 next year, won't put a cap on the number of players who can join a clan, and aims to have "a very extensive web-based clan support system," according to Ubisoft.


It's still uncertain how many players will occupy your online game world at a given moment, but player vs. player encounters "play a very big role in our game."

You can "team up with a group of friends in co-op and jump in and jump out at any time. In certain areas, you can also seamlessly engage in PvP and experience suspenseful scenarios where danger can come from anywhere and anyone.The choices you make as a Division agent can either spur a recovery or plunge the city further into chaos," Edmond explains. "The people you meet in certain areas of the game can either be your best friends or your worst enemies. So you’ll constantly be making decisions that will impact the world around you.
