Back in June, it was reported Iron Man himself, Robert Downey Jr., had inked a deal with HTC for a series of upcoming ads. HTC formally announced the two-year arrangement on Monday, ushering in its new "Change" campaign at a cost of $1 billion. The first ad will appear on YouTube August 15, followed by new television spots.
