Hinterkind #1 Review IGN All

hinterkind1 At this point, it's safe to say that post-apocalyptic futures have been done to death. Dystopian fiction has grown large enough to be called its own genre, so I had reservations going into writer Ian Edginton and artist Francesco Trifogli's Hinterkind. And, boy, was I glad to see those blown out of the water. Hinterkind #1 isn't your standard dystopian fare. It starts out with a fairly routine premise, but within a few pages, the book gets weird. And then, once you've accepted that level of weird, it just keeps getting weirder.
