In The Flash #24, Brian Buccellato and Francis Manapul wrap up the Reverse Flash story arc in a way that manages to be both wildly satisfying in some respects while relatively unsatisfying in others. The interruption of the story's natural flow due to Villains Month is keenly felt, as the resolution feels rushed compared to the pace up until this point. That being said, the issue does deliver on some solid character-building for Barry Allen, and serves as a nice farewell to the character Manapul and Buccellato have handled so deftly.
