Sony Unveils the 20.7-Megapixel Xperia Z1S IGN All

At CES, Sony unveiled its latest high-end smartphone, the Android 4.3 Jelly Bean-powered Xperia Z1S. The new device is equipped with largely the same hardware found in the Xperia Z1, introduced last September, but this time around it sports new image processing.


The Xperia Z1S features the same physical characteristics as its other recent smartphones, with a flat surface on each side of the waterproof device—the Z1S can stay submerged in freshwater up to 4.9 feet for 30 minutes A 5-inch 1080p Triluminous display can be found up front, and inside the device are a 2.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor, 2GB of RAM, an impressive 3,000 mAh battery, and 32GB of internal storage with microSD card support.
