Diamond Comics released their sales figures for 2013 as a whole this week, offering a glimpse of how the industry performed and which books came out on top.
It was a strong year for the industry, with overall comic sales up 10.22% over 2012 and graphic novels sales up 6.50%. Marvel proved to be the top-selling publisher, with a dollar share of 33.50% and a unit share of 36.97%. DC followed close behind with a 30.33% dollar share and a 33.35% unit share.
