The premise of Dead Letters is one you'll probably piece together fairly quickly. The first few pages have a familiar feeling, but it's clear that things are slightly off right from the get go. The neat trick Dead Letters pulls is taking something you are used to – a dangerous man with a missing memory running from people that want to hurt him – and puts a hell of a spin on it. The last page isn't so much a shocker as it is a fist-pumper. It's a reason to be excited and the kind of setup that'll bring you back for the next issue. Very, very cool stuff.
