During the conclusion of the Light’s Out event, Kyle Rayner nearly sacrificed himself in order to save the universe. Ever since those events, Kyle has been getting stronger to the point of extreme levels. The new Annual addresses what’s been going on with Kyle by introducing a new and interesting threat. While the action is certainly fun, the explanation of what Kyle’s become feels incomplete at best and a bit confusing at worst.
