SEGA Financials Reveal Total War: Rome 2 as Best-Seller IGN PS3

SEGA has released its financial results for the last financial year, revealing sales figures for the likes of Total War: Rome II, Football Manager 2014 and Sonic Lost World.


The results cover the year ending March 31, 2014, during which time SEGA saw profit fall 8.2 percent to ¥30.7 billion ($302 million).


The stand out performer was Total War: Rome II, which managed to shift 1.13 million units across Europe and North America since its September 2013 release. This was followed by the always-successful Football Manager 2014, which sold 790,000 copies. Though this doesn't quite rival the 940,000 sold by FM13, developer Sports Interactive explained this was because illegal versions of this year's edition surfaced much earlier.
