Stuart Little has solved the mystery of the nine-decade old missing painting. Well, kind of.
The painting, Sleeping Lady with Black Vase by Robert Bereny, which had been presumed lost, has finally been tracked down in the unlikeliest of places.
In 2009, a researcher at Hungary's National Gallery – named Gergely Barki – was watching Stuart Little over the Christmas period with his daughter Lola when he spotted the painting being used as a prop in the background of the Little family home.
