Dark Horse Comics is teaming with Blizzard Entertainment to produce a new multi-volume hardcover book series, chronicling the history of Warcraft.
World of Warcraft: Chronicle Volume 1 will focus on the world of Azeroth well before the familiar stories featuring the Alliance and Horde factions in the games, according to Dark Horse.
“We often get questions from players who want to know more about the origins of the Warcraft universe, and the rise and fall of their favorite characters,” COO of Blizzard Entertainment Paul Sams says. “This new series digs deeply into all of that—we can’t wait for players to read it.”
