For gamers sitting through Nvidia’s press conference on Sunday, the presentation started with an amazing tease—a new system-on-chip processor supposedly capable of console-level graphics—and then quickly squashed any excitement by announcing that automobiles were the intended use of the Tegra X1.
But as revealed through meetings with laptop vendors, Nvidia’s focus on automobiles at CES doesn't mean the company isn’t launching new gaming-related products during the show. A new GPU has been added to the GTX 900M series—the GTX 965M.
