Black Sails' Chapter XV slowed things down a bit, muted the violence, and effectively split the two main mission arcs via a huge fake-out play by Silver to get Flint off the trail of the Urca gold.
I mentioned in last week's review how Silver's frustrations over Flint's entire Vane ordeal was a nice reminder/acknowledgment of the show's main story - meaning the top line "object of desire" - and how it had taken an extreme backseat ever since Flint returned to town. And how Silver was worried that Flint was now possibly seeing something else - someone else, in the form of Abigail - as an even bigger prize.
