Greg Pak has taken Batman and Superman to a lot of strange places during his run. Throughout these adventures, Pak has explored the friendship and sometimes rivalry of the two characters in fun and insightful ways. In Batman/Superman Annual #2, Pak shifts this exploration of these characters in an interesting way. Unfortunately, he only goes so far with this exploration as the issue gets hung up on overused villains instead.
