The war between the Green Lanterns and what is quickly becoming the rest of the galaxy has been building for quite some time now, and Robert Venditti seems to be leading this story towards its endgame. Issue #31 sees Hal continuing to plan ahead and actually lead his team, as the war threatens to engulf them all. While this issue features a major turning point in the war, the end result leaves things feeling a bit deflated.
