A big part of Gotham is its portrayal of the villains of Gotham City - both those we know will become enemies of Batman, like Oswald Cobblepot, those in power at the time the show takes place, like Fish Mooney, or some of the bizarre villains we've seen week to week, like the Balloonman.
In this exclusive new video, Gotham executive producers Bruno Heller and Danny Cannon discuss the show's look at villainy, and the elements in the city that will inspire the Dark Knight's foes.
