If this series has accomplished anything (besides selling like gangbusters), it's reminding DC fans that Harley has plenty of potential as a solo character and outside of her connections to Joker and Batman. This issue sees Harley take another important step and embrace the possibility of romance with someone besides her puddin'. That's the elevator pitch, though the actual contents of this comic are a little less interesting.
